Personal Trainer vs Elite personal trainer
Personal trainer or an elite personal trainer what are the differences between them?.
I have seen many times regular personal trainers drinking coffee with their clients as they workout. An elite personal trainer instead is having their clients practice healthy habits by having them drink water as they workout, as this will give you more results for your time instead.
Most personal trainer do not look fit or, but an elite personal trainer will look the part 365 days of the year. Why would you want to workout with someone who could stand to lose those 10 extra pounds of fat themselves? . An elite personal trainer will not have that problem because they really know what they are doing and practice what they preach by being a great example instead .
Personal training has a dark side to it as well. many clubs hire anyone because they pay very little to the personal trainer and take 80% of the fee for the club with only 20% of your investment going to the trainer who is doing all the work. What kind of quality personal trainer do you think you will be working with in those conditions?. On top of that they have them do high volume training so that they can make up the difference, but this will cause them to burn out are burning out from all the hours of training,which then diminishes the quality of the personal training to you the client.
